About EXPRESS Exhibition Stands

Who is EXPRESS BOOTH for?
For companies that exhibit at trade shows but have no exhibitions department of their own. That ranges from a first appearance to several shows a year. Typically it is marketing or sales managers who organise the trade show alongside their actual role. EXPRESS handles planning, logistics, assembly and dismantling; you take care of the floor space, the graphics and your team. Companies booking several shows a year pay less per stand.
Can the entire booth be printed with our branding?
Yes. All closed wall surfaces are printed across their full area, not just individual banners. Your artwork covers the complete surface, edge to edge. Depending on the booth type that means three walls on a row stand, two on a corner stand and one on a peninsula stand. Where surfaces meet, for example at corners or on cabins, the system profile stays visible for technical reasons. You supply the print files, production and installation are included in the fixed price.
What is included in the fixed price?
The fixed price covers the exhibition stand system, full-surface printed walls (printing included, graphic design optional), lighting, carpet flooring, build-up and dismantling. Logistics costs for transport and delivery are added depending on the location and shown separately in your quote.
How quickly can the stand be delivered?
Depending on availability and venue, short-notice delivery is also possible. For the best planning security, we recommend sending your request as early as possible.
We are based outside Germany. Can we book EXPRESS BOOTH?
Yes. The whole process runs in English, by email and phone: your fixed-price quote within 24 hours, the artwork check and the coordination with the venue. We build your stand the day before the show opens and dismantle it afterwards, so your team only travels for the show itself. You book the floor space with the organiser; power and water connections are ordered from the venue.
How are prices and VAT handled for companies outside Germany?
All prices are fixed net prices per event, in euros. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure, so no German VAT is charged. For companies outside the EU we state the applicable VAT treatment in your quote before you book.
