The EXPRESS subscription is an annual model for recurring trade show appearances. You bundle multiple projects into a predictable framework with defined services, fixed terms and priority project delivery.
The annual fee is based on your planned trade show volume, for example 2 or 3–5 appearances, and the package you choose. It covers planning, coordination, standard setup and annual organisation, while each appearance is billed at the discounted fixed price per event.
You reduce coordination effort and process costs because setups, graphics and workflows are standardised and reusable. You also benefit from better fixed prices per event and priority scheduling and resource planning.
The price advantage increases with your trade show volume. The more appearances you run per year, the higher the discount on the fixed price per event, for example PRO 10%, BUSINESS 15% and ENTERPRISE 20%. This makes your trade show planning predictable and efficient.
Included are the standardised EXPRESS services, such as the system stand, setup and dismantling, logistics, carpet, lighting and fabric banners incl. print and finishing, depending on the package. Optional extras include a 3.5 m tower element, additional branding surfaces, extra technical equipment and graphic design.
You register your event dates early, and we plan and deliver them with priority according to availability. Recurring setups and dedicated contacts significantly reduce the coordination effort from scheduling through on-site delivery.
