How short notice can a trade-show booth be booked at Messe Nürnberg?

Standard lead time for delivery to Messe Nürnberg: 4 weeks from print-data release. For shorter timelines we assess on a case-by-case basis whether an express setup with surcharge is possible, slot availability and setup date are confirmed after your enquiry.

Which booth sizes are available at Messe Nürnberg?

At Messe Nürnberg we offer all three booth types, inline (1 open side), corner (2 open sides) and peninsula (3 open sides), in sizes S (9–16 m²), M (18–25 m²) and L (25–36 m²). Stand heights 2.5 m (STANDARD) or 3.5 m (STANDARD PLUS, PRO and MAX). For embedded world in the Zaha Hadid halls 3A/3C we typically recommend a 36 m² peninsula with a 3.5 m tower; for BIOFACH an 18 m² corner with reception counter usually suffices. We advise on the right format.

What is included in the fixed price for a booth in Nuremberg?

Included in the fixed price: exhibition system (aluminium frame), fully fabric-printed walls (fabric banners incl. print and confection), integrated LED lighting, carpet in three colours to choose from, complete setup and dismantling in Nuremberg, logistics and project coordination. EXPRESS system booths are modular and column-free; they adapt to the booth footprint. Before setup we check the hall specifics (ceiling height, delivery gate, power connection position) and coordinate logistics directly with NürnbergMesse.

How does EXPRESS BOOTH get to Messe Nürnberg, and how fast?

Our studio is based in Villingen-Schwenningen, approx. 315 km or 3 h 20 min drive to Messe Nürnberg via A81 → A6. We typically deliver the day before setup, with setup completed within a single working day. Return transport immediately after the show.

Is there a lockable storage room at the booth in Nuremberg?

Yes. From the STANDARD PRO package upwards, an integrated storage room with a door is part of the booth, for samples, equipment, coats and packaging. It is planned directly into the booth structure and printed along with the walls, so you do not need to rent separate storage space at Messe Nürnberg. Its size depends on the booth size and layout and is planned with you.
