A rental trade show booth is a preconfigured exhibition stand rented for a single trade show appearance. EXPRESS BOOTH provides the system and handles printing, setup, logistics and dismantling as a fixed-price service, the exhibitor only picks booth type, size and package.
A system stand is a modular wall and structural system with fully fabric-printed walls and stand heights up to 3.5 m. Unlike a pop-up/fold-out display, a system stand offers larger branding areas, integrated lighting and storage, and a significantly higher premium impact.
Available types are corner (two open sides), peninsula (three open sides) and inline (one open side), each in sizes S (9–16 m²), M (18–25 m²) and L (25–36 m²). Stand heights: 2.5 m in the STANDARD package; 3.5 m in STANDARD PLUS, PRO and MAX.
A system stand is the right choice when a planned fixed price, short lead time and consistent visual impact matter more than fully bespoke architecture. For fully custom stands, e.g. special heights, unique architecture or specific materials, the parent brand EXFAIR delivers the bespoke exhibition build.
EXPRESS system stands are single-storey with stand heights up to 3.5 m (incl. tower element and rigging for maximum long-range visibility). Two-storey double-deck stands are available on request through our parent brand EXFAIR as custom exhibition builds, just get in touch.
