Can the entire booth be printed with our branding?
Yes. All closed wall surfaces are printed across their full area, not just individual banners. Your artwork covers the complete surface, edge to edge. Depending on the booth type that means three walls on a row stand, two on a corner stand and one on a peninsula stand. Where surfaces meet, for example at corners or on cabins, the system profile stays visible for technical reasons. You supply the print files, production and installation are included in the fixed price.
What is a rental trade show booth?
A rental trade show booth is a preconfigured exhibition stand rented for a single trade show appearance. EXPRESS BOOTH provides the system and handles printing, setup and dismantling at a fixed price and organises logistics, with the logistics costs shown separately in the quote. It is also called booth rental or exhibition stand hire. The exhibitor only picks booth type, size and package.
Can I rent a trade show booth instead of buying one?
Yes. When you rent or hire an exhibition stand, you get the complete system just for your show: printed walls, lighting, flooring, setup and dismantling. There is no upfront investment and no cost for storage or maintenance. At EXPRESS a rental booth costs from €5,999 net per show at a fixed price, plus logistics costs.
How much does a trade show booth rental cost?
At EXPRESS a rental booth costs from €5,999 net in size S (9 to 16 m²), from €7,999 in size M and from €10,999 in size L, each per show and plus logistics costs. You book the floor space directly with the organiser. All cost items are in our trade show booth cost guide.
What is a system stand and how does it differ from a pop-up display?
A system stand is a modular wall and structural system with fully fabric-printed walls and stand heights up to 3.5 m. Unlike a pop-up/fold-out display, a system stand offers larger branding areas, integrated lighting and storage, and a significantly higher premium impact.
Which booth types and sizes are available?
Available types are corner (two open sides), peninsula (three open sides) and inline (one open side), each in sizes S (9–16 m²), M (18–25 m²) and L (25–36 m²). Stand heights: 2.5 m in the STANDARD package; 3.5 m in STANDARD PLUS, PRO and MAX.
When does a system stand make sense vs. a custom exhibition build?
A system stand is the right choice when a planned fixed price, short lead time and consistent visual impact matter more than fully bespoke architecture. For fully custom stands, e.g. special heights, unique architecture or specific materials, the parent brand EXFAIR delivers the bespoke exhibition build.
Do you also offer double-deck exhibition stands?
EXPRESS system stands are single-storey with stand heights up to 3.5 m (incl. tower element and rigging for maximum long-range visibility). Two-storey double-deck stands are available on request through our parent brand EXFAIR as custom exhibition builds, just get in touch.
